Rodrigo Piña

Rodrigo Piña is the Director de Recursos Humanos at Ternium. Rodrigo has been with the company since 2010, in a variety of roles including Asistente Director Corporativo RRHH and Jefe de Planeamiento Comercial. Prior to joining Ternium, Rodrigo was with Ingenieria SIMA SA where they served as Gerente de operaciones.

Rodrigo Piña has a degree in Ingeniero Industrial from Universidad Católica de Córdoba and an MBA from McGill University. Rodrigo also has a certificate in Human Resources for Strategic Advantage from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Rodrigo is currently enrolled in an executive program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology focused on understanding and solving complex business problems.
