David Strauss

David Strauss has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. David currently serves as the VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at Terns Pharmaceuticals, where they played a key role in preparing the company for its IPO and implementing various software systems. David also leads the FP&A process and manages the internal audit function. Prior to this, David worked as the Corporate Controller at Bellicum Pharmaceuticals and Landec Corporation, overseeing SEC filings and utilizing various financial systems. David also served as the Assistant Controller at Analog Devices, where they managed GL, AP, AR, and payroll functions. David gained SEC reporting experience as the SEC Reporting Manager at Linear Technology and worked at PwC, specializing in assurance and IPO engagements. David started their career as a Fund Accountant at Stanford University.

David Strauss earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University, completing their studies between 2005 and 2010.
