Madhu is a Cementitious Materials Engineer at Terra who works on the development of geopolymer cement mixes. She monitors the cement performance and designs mixes with optimized chemistry. Madhu has more than 2 years of experience working with concrete on various aspects from material modelling to structural performance. Madhu is also a recent graduate from UBC Civil engineering where she was a part of the SIERA (Sustainable Infrastructure Research) Group and worked on designing and developing a sustainable wood-based, bio-composite.
