Stephanie Cox

Stephanie Cox is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations and human resources across the energy sector. Currently serving as the Founder of Blue Sky Ambition since November 2023, Stephanie provides professional coaching to inspire growth and ambition. Concurrently, Stephanie holds multiple director and advisory roles at organizations such as Technip Energies, Xplorobot, Alliant Energy, and Terra CO2 Technology. Previously, Stephanie was the Executive President of Operations at Wood, overseeing a $2.3 billion global portfolio, and held various executive positions at Schlumberger, including President North America Land Drilling and Chief Human Resources Officer. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain and Materials Logistics Management from Michigan State University and furthered education at Harvard Business School.
