Matt Jones

Matt Jones has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2011, they worked as a Guest Relations employee at the Columbus Zoo, where they sold memberships, handled customer inquiries and complaints, and performed administrative tasks.

In 2013, they gained marketing internship experience at both the Columbus Zoo and Community Shares of Mid Ohio. At the zoo, they worked on data analysis projects, database management, member communication, and survey creation. At Community Shares, they composed and edited blog posts, reviewed and edited documents, and assisted in designing a charity gift-card donation program called GiveCard.

In 2014, Matt served as a Business Development Executive at The Ohio State University.

Next, in 2015, they worked at ZS Associates as a Client Relationship Executive, responsible for managing client relationships for a period of four months.

Finally, in the same year, Matt joined Terra Dotta, LLC as a Business Development role. At Terra Dotta, they played a crucial role in managing the application process and streamlining operations for over 470 educational institutions and businesses. Terra Dotta is dedicated to effective process automation and secure data management, making their software essential to various organizations.

Matt Jones completed their high school education at Saint Charles Preparatory School from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Ohio Northern University, completing it from 2010 to 2014.
