Matthew Heiberger

Matthew Heiberger, PE, is a Project Engineer and Design Engineer at TERRA Engineering, Ltd. since June 2019. Previously, Matthew held the position of Transportation Intern at TERRA Engineering, Ltd. from May 2018 to August 2018, where responsibilities included quantity calculations and working with Microstation. In 2017, Matthew served as a Summer Technical Temporary at the Illinois Department of Transportation, assisting with inspections on a $14 million resurfacing project for I-57. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2019.
