Sam Grimes

Sam Grimes is a seasoned project engineer at TERRA Engineering, Ltd. since April 2015, specializing in construction management, inspection, and contract documentation for phase III construction engineering projects with the Illinois Department of Transportation and local agencies. Prior experience includes serving as a carpenter apprentice at Fisher/Richards Inc., where skills in residential restoration and various construction trades were developed, and as a laborer at Thayer's Gardens and Containers, contributing to landscape design and maintenance. Notably, a role as a painter foreman involved overseeing residential painting projects in Chicago's western suburbs.
