David Kasalko is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and site development. Since August 2015, David has served as a Senior Project Manager at TERRA Engineering, Ltd. Prior to this role, David worked as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager at SmithGroup from June 2013 to May 2015, focusing on site development within the Campus, Community, and Waterfronts Studio. David's career began as a Civil Engineer at URS Corporation from July 2002 to September 2005, followed by a position as Project Engineer at Halff Associates between September 2005 and June 2013. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1998 and 2002.
