Xavier Balayer

Xavier Balayer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Xavier began their career at ME Ultima Online, where they served as an Administrator from June 2001 to July 2005. Following this, they joined Assmang Limited as a Student, gaining practical engineering experience and conducting a pre-feasibility study on upgrading conveyor belt systems from June 2009 to August 2009. Xavier then transitioned to the role of Mechanical Engineer at an undisclosed company from an unknown date in 2010 until January 2012. Afterwards, they joined Bloomberg as a Data Research Analyst from January 2012 to September 2012. Currently, Xavier is employed at Terra Firma Solutions, where they have held multiple positions. Xavier started as a Software Business Analyst in September 2012 and transitioned to become a Product Manager in October 2020. Most recently, they assumed the role of Head of Software Engineering in May 2022.
