Moriom Rahman

Moriom Rahman is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Terra Firma Capital Partners since September 2023, Moriom previously held the position of Vice President Global Senior HRBP at GP Bullhound, a prominent technology advisory and investment firm, from December 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the National Bank of Kuwait and a series of roles at HSBC, culminating in Global HR Manager, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for senior stakeholders. Additional experience includes roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Norland Managed Services, focusing on HR assistance and policy advice. Moriom holds an MSc in Work Psychology & Business from Aston University and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
