Adriana Henao has extensive experience in leadership and sustainable development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Partner Sourcing at Terra Global since August 2022, Adriana also co-founded Bekoherent, which focuses on sustainable and ethically-sourced products. As Chief Executive Officer of INKLUSIVE LLC and a Strategic Partner at Staterra Corporation, Adriana emphasizes social impact and innovation. Prior roles include International Partner at Saving The Amazon and various directorial positions at the Organización de los Estados Americanos, with a focus on comprehensive and sustainable livelihoods, social inclusion, and alternative development. Adriana holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication and Journalism from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
