Jordan Shifman

Jordan Shifman has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Currently, they are working as the Director of Finance at Terra starting from September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Foundry Commercial where they held the positions of Associate, Development & Investments from February 2022 to September 2022, and Senior Analyst, Development & Investments from March 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as an Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate from July 2019 to February 2021. Jordan also has experience as a Summer Analyst at PGIM Real Estate in 2018, an Investment Sales Intern at ONE Commercial Realty Services in 2017, and a Marketing Intern at Voda Bauer Real Estate in 2015.

Jordan Shifman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University between 2016 and 2019. Before attending Cornell, they attended Millburn High School from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued general studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jordan Shifman also obtained certification as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in August 2016 from the New York State Division of Licensing Services.
