Mike Hopson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career in 2002 as a Designer/Project Manager at Macrotek Inc, where they were responsible for detailed design and coordination of industrial air pollution control equipment. In 2007, they joined Nilex Inc as a Customer Sales Rep, handling inside sales, customer service, and bid preparation. Mike also worked as a Director and General Manager at Pacific Onsite Solutions Inc from 2007 to 2011, overseeing business management, development, and engineering design. At Nilex Inc, they held roles as a Technical Sales Representative and Business Development Specialist, focusing on new market opportunities and supporting the consulting community. From 2018 to 2022, Mike worked at RST Instruments Ltd as a Sales Manager, and later as an Instrumentation Specialist. Currently, they are the Director of Sales for Canada at Terra Insights. Their experience demonstrates expertise in sales, business development, technical support, and project management.

Mike Hopson received a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Durham College from 1999 to 2002. In 2020-2021, they pursued Front Line Leadership Training at Truce Solutions.
