As part of our Clackamas team, you'll be at the forefront of strategizing and delegating order fulfillment and recruitment activities. Your innovative ideas will shape how we meet and exceed client expectations.
But that's not all. You'll be the communication linchpin, ensuring that our team members, clients, and candidates are always on the same page. Your ability to maintain clear and effective communication will be the driving force behind our success.
As you manage client accounts, you'll go beyond the ordinary. Regular visits and impeccable account management practices will be your tools to forge lasting partnerships. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. Your role will involve developing and implementing service delivery plans to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your creativity will be unleashed as you design solutions that set us apart from the competition.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting

Strong communication to teammates, candidates and clients

Client visit and account management

Make outbound calls to set meetings with key decision-makers

Strategize and create service delivery plans
Account Manager Qualifications

2+ years experience in account management or sales

Previous leadership experience managing large teams

Strong and effective problem-solving skills

A strategic and analytical mindset
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay:

$69,000-$79,000 (base salary)
-
Additional monthly bonuses averaging $9,000-$18,000 annually first year.
