Raphael brings over seven years of experience in venture capital investments, as an attorney and investment banker. At Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. law firm, Raphael specialized in the formation of Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, and assisted startup companies with respect to equity investments, both in Israel and abroad. At Cukierman & Co. Investment House, Raphael managed the Agro-tech division and assisted companies with respect to cross-border fund raising, M&A’s and IPO’s.
