Matt Stewart

Matt Stewart is the current Director of Asset Management at TerraCap Management, LLC, overseeing the company's value-add office and multifamily assets in Georgia. Prior to this role, Matt served as President at Stewart Capital Ventures LLC, Senior Vice President at TriMont Real Estate Advisors, and Chief Financial Officer at Prudential Georgia Realty. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Matt has held various key positions in finance, asset management, and advisory roles. Matt holds a Master of Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
