Nathan Boom

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Wollongong, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong resources sector background.

His 14 year career working at large multinationals such as Xstrata Coal and Tenova Delkor has provided him with extensive exposure in business restructuring and associated implementation of recovery plans also leading finance and commercial aspects of the business. Nathan has led business development projects and re-financing packages with banking consortium’s, as well as has substantial experience in financial system implementation and integration.

Nathan joined TerraCom in 2015, was appointed Company Secretary in January 2016 and Chief Financial Officer in March 2017.
