Jay Martin

Jay Martin has extensive experience in geological consulting and project management, currently serving as Principal at Terracon since November 2016. Previously, Martin held the position of Principal Geologist at C.H.J. Consultants from December 2011 to November 2016, where responsibilities included proposing and conducting geologic hazard investigations for various infrastructures, as well as training and supervising engineers and geologists. Martin also served as Vice President and Principal Geologist at C.H.J., Incorporated from October 1992 to December 2011 and began a career as a Geologist at URS Corporation in 1985. Academic credentials include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of California, Riverside, completed in 1985 and 1982, respectively.
