Tomita Daisuke has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Tomita began their career in 2004 as a News Writer at Kyodo News, where they wrote articles on crime, administrative issues, and lifestyle. After their stint at Kyodo News, they joined Edelman in 2010 as a Senior Account Executive, engaging in public relations activities for various companies and also working on crisis communication planning and execution. In 2014, Tomita joined True Spirit Tobacco Company, where they held multiple roles including CSR/PR Manager and Marketing Manager. Tomita'sresponsibilities included planning and implementing internal and external communication strategies, managing corporate reputation through CSR activities, and launching and managing recycling programs. Most recently, they joined TerraCycle in 2020 as the Marketing Director for Japan.
Tomita Daisuke's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities, which they obtained from Kobe University from 1997 to 2001. Tomita then pursued further education and completed their Master of Arts degree in Humanities from Kobe University between 2001 and 2004. Seeking to enhance their business knowledge, Daisuke enrolled in The University of Hong Kong for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they earned from 2008 to 2009. As part of their MBA studies, they also had the opportunity to attend Columbia Business School in 2009.
