Jerry V. Elkins II

Jerry V. Elkins II, P.E., currently serves as an Engineering Manager at TERRADON Corporation. With a strong background in civil engineering, Jerry has held various roles including Structures Section Manager and Project Manager II at HNTB, and Senior Structural Engineer at ms consultants, inc. Prior to their current position, Jerry gained experience as a Bridge Engineer at TRC Companies, Inc. and as a Project Engineer at DLZ Corporation. Jerry's career began as a Summer Intern at the WV Dept of Transportation, Division of Highways, where Jerry V. worked as a Construction Inspector. Jerry holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
