Stephanie A. Coronel has worked for a variety of organizations since 2008. Stephanie A. began their career as a Minority Undergraduate Research Fellow at the California Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2016, they were a Research Engineer at Boeing and a Postdoctoral Scholar at Caltech. From 2017-2018, they were a Postdoctoral Scholar at Sandia National Laboratories where they conducted research on the ignition behavior and reactive front development of energetic materials in abnormal environments. Currently, they are the Director of Research and Development and Technical Co-Lead at Terraform Industries.
Stephanie A. Coronel obtained their BS in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2009. Stephanie A. then went on to pursue their Masters in Aeronautics at Caltech, which they completed in 2010. Finally, they obtained their PhD in Aeronautics from Caltech in 2016.
