Guillermo Diego Loli Huaraca has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Guillermo Diego started their career as an IT Services Intern at Ferreyros S.A.A., where they provided computer services to both administrative and technical field personnel. Guillermo Diego then interned at Metis Gaia S.A.C., where they worked as an Engineering for Development Intern and focused on webmastering and implementing new technological tools.

In 2012, Guillermo joined SunEdison as an O&M EMEA Intern, monitoring solar plants in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Guillermo Diego gained experience in incident reporting and coordination with technical field personnel. Guillermo Diego then continued their journey at SunEdison as a Monitoring Engineer - LatAm, responsible for monitoring solar plants in Chile and Latin America and analyzing performance and efficiency data.

From 2016 to 2017, Guillermo worked as an Ingeniero de Proyectos de Energías Renovables y Eficiencia Energética at QENERGY VENTURES SL. Guillermo Diego'srole involved designing and developing photovoltaic systems, managing and supervising renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, and preparing economic offers for future projects.

Guillermo then worked as a Freelance Solar Engineer from 2016 to 2018. Guillermo Diego supervised a 10MW solar plant in Chile, ensuring the perfect condition of solar panels. Guillermo Diego also represented companies to potential clients, including Green Power Solutions S.R.

In 2018, Guillermo joined Verano Capital as an O&M Manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities. Finally, in 2019, they joined TerraForm Power as the O&M Director for Chile, where they hold a leadership position in the operations and maintenance department.

Guillermo Diego Loli Huaraca started their education at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2004 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics in 2011. Guillermo Diego then pursued further studies at Universidad Europea, where they obtained a Master's degree in Renewable Energy in 2013. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Guillermo attended Universidad Europea, where they studied Telecommunications engineering.
