Frederic Terral is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand design, creative leadership, and mental health advocacy. As the founder of pockitudes™, Frederic established a platform to enhance mental well-being through a kindness and gratitude journal practice. Currently serving as Creative Director at Nordic Naturals, Frederic contributes to the growth of America's leading omega-3 brand. Frederic also founded Terrain Collective Inc., providing advisory services in creative strategy and team management. Previous roles include Creative & Communications Director at Gaia Herbs, Creative Consultant for Truefolk Series, and Partner & Executive Creative Director at Brand Architecture, Inc. Frederic's early career included impactful positions at The Walt Disney Company, where foundational skills were developed. Frederic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design & Film Studies from Michigan State University.
