Maria Luísa Rosa Siqueira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in localization management and training. As the Training Manager at Terralingua since November 2021, Maria Luísa has developed an onboarding program for localization project assistants and supports team members in alignment with operational guidelines. Previously, Maria Luísa served as the Localization Production Manager at Terralingua, where leadership of a team of over 18 employees was key to collaborating with senior management on new business opportunities. With a background in project management across various industries, including IT and medical devices, Maria Luísa has demonstrated expertise in coordinating complex multilingual projects. Earlier roles include Export Analyst at Borrachas Vipal and Import Analyst at Cisa Trading S/A. Maria Luísa holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV and degrees in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Caxias do Sul.
