Ramchand has extensive experience in managing teams, providing 24/7 support to hosted services, and ensuring quality service delivery within SLAs. Prior to this, Ramchand worked as a Senior System Engineer at Sri Ganesh Systems and as a Senior Faculty / Vendor Trainer at Freelancer. Ramchand holds an MBA and a BBA from Bharathiar University.
