Leticia Cerqueira has an extensive work experience in customer success and marketing roles. Their most recent position was as the Head of Customer Success at TerraMagna, where they developed the overall vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success organization. Leticia focused on driving adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through up/cross-selling strategies, renewals, and retention. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Hypnobox, establishing the Customer Success area and analyzing internal metrics to improve usability and growth. Leticia also has experience as a Marketing Analyst and Customer Experience Analyst at Sossego, where they managed crisis situations and identified areas of improvement for customer service. Leticia has also held positions in communication and administrative roles at Febracorp Live University, Sabesp, Sossego Seguros, and Konecta Corporativa.

Leticia Cerqueira began their education history in 2013 at UNINOVE, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism. Leticia completed this program in 2016. In 2017, Leticia attended Gama Academy, focusing on Customer Service Management and obtaining a degree in Customer Success Especialist. The following year, in 2018, they attended NZIE (New Zealand Institute of Education) to study General English.

In 2019, Leticia enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, specializing in Business Management. Leticia completed this degree in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Leticia Cerqueira has also obtained several certifications over the years. Leticia received a Course Completion Certificate from WiseUp Language School in 2017. In 2019, they earned the "Customer hero" certification from Octadesk.com and participated in the Push 3rd Edition program offered by Steal The Look. The same year, they also completed the Service Hub Software Certification from HubSpot Academy. In 2020, Leticia obtained certifications in "Inteligência Emocional" from Escola Conquer, "Introdução à negociação" from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and "Cliente Satisfeito: Relacionamento e Estratégia de Vendas" from Hi Academy, as well as another Service Hub Software Certification from HubSpot Academy.

Leticia Cerqueira continued to enhance their skillset and knowledge by obtaining additional certifications in the following years. In 2021, they completed the Women's Leadership Program from StartSe and received the "Certificação em Liderança, Capacidade de Aprender e Resiliência" from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. In 2022, they obtained the "Certificado Expansão na Base de Clientes" from CS Academy and "O Agronegócio e o Crescimento Brasileiro" from SENAR Brasil.
