Matthew DeLaquil

Matthew DeLaquil has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Matthew is currently working as the Chief Engineer & General Manager at Terran Orbital Corporation since 2021. Previously, they held various roles at L3Harris Technologies, including Director of Programs, Director of Engineering, Senior Manager, Chief Engineer, Senior Principal Engineer, and Manager, covering different areas of expertise from 2005 to 2021. Before joining L3Harris Technologies, they worked as an Electronics Engineer at Northrop Grumman in 2004. Matthew began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the UIUC Center for Computational Electromagnetics from 2001 to 2004.

Matthew DeLaquil has a Doctoral Studies (ABD) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Matthew also holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Matthew completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School. Prior to these achievements, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
