Frederic Laferriere has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Frederic started their career at Teleperformance in 2011, where they worked as an AppleCare Technician for two years. In 2013, they joined CGI as a Computer Technician - Level 1, where they opened outages tickets, followed up on incidents and service requests, and updated customer databases. Frederic later transitioned to the role of Technical Trainer, responsible for training new employees and configuring workstations.
