Kareen Pate

Kareen Pate has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kareen has recently been working at Terranova Security as the Director of Marketing since August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Manager of Marketing and Communications at the same company from September 2021 to September 2022. From August 2017 to September 2021, Kareen worked as a Communications and Marketing Advisor at Terranova Security, and from August 2016 to August 2017, they were a Communications and Marketing Writer.

Before joining Terranova Security, Kareen worked as a Marketing Communication Advisor at Ellicom from February 2015 to March 2016. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Logistics Project Manager at webeventsolutions.com.

In 2014, Kareen held two positions. First, they worked as a Translator/Advisor at iSeeLogic, where they translated the company's website from English to French and provided advice on improving its design and communication. Later that year, they worked as a Project Manager at INAF - Université Laval, where they promoted the BÉNÉFIQ event to sales directors, marketing vice-presidents, and company presidents in Quebec, Canada, and the United States.

From 2012 to 2014, Kareen worked at MEQ - Manufacturiers et exportateurs du Québec as a Public Affairs Advisor, where they implemented communication and public relations strategies, wrote and translated press releases and media articles, and developed media relations strategies. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Public Affairs Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Event and Member Services Agent at the same company.

In 2004, Kareen worked as an Assistant in Event Organization at the Université de Montréal, and in 2003, they briefly worked as a Communication Agent at Veterans Affairs Canada / Anciens Combattants Canada, where they wrote various documents and coordinated internal and external activities and events.

Kareen Pate attended Université de Montréal from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Communication.
