Brian Mafararikwa is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Senior Group Compliance Manager at TerraPay since March 2024, Brian supports strategic compliance initiatives and manages key projects across multiple regions including Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Previously, as the Regional Compliance Lead for East & Southern Africa at TerraPay, Brian led compliance teams, ensuring adherence to AML and CTF regulations while engaging with significant regulators. Brian's career includes roles at Forex World Bureau de Change and Tower Bureau de Change, focusing on regulatory compliance, exchange control, and risk management. Brian holds a Business Management Certificate from the University of Cape Town and a Certificate in Accounting and Business Management from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
