With extensive experience in business development, operational development, and team management, Ollie's background includes leadership roles at BluMetric Environmental Inc., where responsibilities spanned acting as a technical resource, supervising and mentoring staff, and overseeing site assessment projects. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at Soil Probe, Geotechnical Project Manager at Alston Associates Inc., and Associate Engineer & Divisional Manager at Robinson Design Limited, showcasing a strong track record in managing complex geotechnical and geoenvironmental investigations. Ollie's career began with fieldwork and analytical roles in international gas exploration, and education culminated in a BSc in Applied Environmental Geology from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 1997.
