Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller has more than 25 years of experience in service industries, concentrated mainly in law firms, providing a wide range of administrative, financial and human resources management. Jess works closely with Terrapin President Nathan Johanson and CFO Tim Raney managing the administrative, accounting and human resources functions of Terrapin. Jess has been extensively involved in the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), having served on the Board of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of ALA (SVALA) from 2006 to 2022 in various positions, including that of President twice. She also served on ALA’s Regional Nominating Committee through one election cycle. Jess is thrilled to continue her involvement with SVALA as Terrapin is a long time Platinum Business Partner of the Chapter. Jess was also extensively involved in the Rotary Club of Elk Grove from 2007 to 2015, including serving on the Board for three election cycles. Jess holds a B.A. in English from California State University, Sacramento, and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
