Barbara Zimmerman

Barbara Zimmerman has a diverse work experience in contract administration and procurement. Barbara currently works at TerraPower as a Lead Senior Contract Administrator. Before that, they held the position of Senior Contract Administrator at the same company. Prior to TerraPower, Barbara worked at Ernst & Young as a Contract Analyst. Barbara also served as a Contract and Procurement Administrator at the Military Department Washington, where they were responsible for handling federal grants and state-funded contracts. Barbara has experience as a Senior Contract Specialist at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, where they managed professional and client service contracts. Barbara has also worked as a Contract Specialist and Hazard Mitigation Program Assistant at the Military Department Washington. Furthermore, Barbara has experience as a Training Manager at Edgesource and as a Special Event Coordinator at USO.

Barbara Zimmerman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management from American Military University in 2015. Prior to that, they studied Elementary Education and Teaching at Florida State University from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a FLETA Accredited Instructor from the Federal Law Enforcement Academy in 2015.
