David Penskar

David Penskar currently serves as the Manager of Commercial Development at TerraPower LLC, focusing on strategy and commercial plan formulation for advanced reactor technologies and medical radioisotopes. Previously, David held various roles at Chevron, including Senior Associate in Commercial Development and Lead Operations Specialist, where responsibilities spanned front office trading, managing long-term customer relationships, and corporate strategy development. David's earlier experience includes an MBA Summer Associate position at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and a tenure as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, where key roles involved financial management and international development operations. David holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
