Jessica Harris

Jessica Harris has a diverse background in human resources, with their most recent role being Senior Director of Human Resources at TerraPower, LLC since 2015. Jessica is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business needs and oversees employee engagement, talent acquisition, culture, workforce analytics, and diversity efforts. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Microsoft for seven years, where they served as an HR Manager for various teams within the Cloud + Enterprise business. Jessica also held the role of Sr. Human Resources Generalist during their time at Microsoft. Before joining Microsoft, Jessica worked at Premera Blue Cross as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and Generalist/Recruiter. Jessica began their HR career at First Choice Health as a Recruiting/Generalist and later joined Seattle University as a Recruiter.

Jessica Harris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Western Washington University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
