Justin Sarlese

Justin Sarlese has extensive experience in nuclear engineering and operations management, currently serving as Operations Support Manager and Principal Engineer for the Natrium Demonstration Project at TerraPower LLC since January 2022. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles at Exelon Nuclear, including Emergency Core Cooling Systems Engineering Branch Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, maintenance oversight, and team leadership for critical plant systems. Military experience includes serving as a Joint Fires Planner with the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve and various engineering and operations positions in the US Navy, where Justin managed nuclear propulsion systems and conducted training for naval personnel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the United States Naval Academy, and an MBA from Webster University.
