Nicholas Melissinos

Nicholas Melissinos is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at TerraPower LLC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Bellevue, Washington, from August 2017 to September 2022. Nicholas has extensive experience in government, having served as Special Counsel for Ethics, Risk & Compliance in the Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, where advisory responsibilities included ethics and risk management for the Human Rights Portfolio. Earlier in Nicholas's career, significant positions included Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department, and associate roles at Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP, as well as Costello, Shea & Gaffney, focusing on civil litigation matters. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
