Plazi Ricklin is an experienced project engineer and engineering manager with extensive expertise in energy systems and renewable technologies. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at TerraPower, Plazi Ricklin is involved in the setup of the prototype Molten Chloride Reactor Experiment. Prior to this, Plazi Ricklin held the position of Director of Product Engineering at Powerphase, managing multiple projects and teams to deliver Turbophase modules internationally. Previous roles include Project Manager at eSolar, overseeing concentrated solar thermal plant projects, and various engineering positions at firms such as Power Systems Manufacturing and Alstom Power, focusing on aerothermal design for gas turbine combustion. Plazi Ricklin holds a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
