Zach Fogel

Zach Fogel, GDTP, is a highly experienced mechanical design engineer currently serving as a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at TerraPower since January 2023. Previously held roles include Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at TerraPower LLC, Opto-Mechanical Engineer at Meta, and Engineering Manager at TerraPower LLC, where responsibilities included team management and leading design initiatives for nuclear engineering projects. Fogel's background also encompasses notable positions at Sierra Space, Naval Nuclear Laboratory, and Pittsburgh Technical College as an instructor. Educational achievements include a Master of Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University, a Business Administration certificate from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Point Park University.
