Lauren Percilla

Lauren Percilla has a diverse background in accounting and management roles. Lauren started their career in 2011 as a Manager/Bookkeeper at Thirsty Monk South Pub and Brewery. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Business Manager/Bookkeeper/Charlotte Area Sales at Next Generation Beer Company. In 2015, they took on the role of Business Manager/Bookkeeper at Green Man Brewery. Additionally, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Bookkeeper at Hi-Wire Brewing. Lauren further expanded their accounting experience by working as a Staff Accountant at Boisset Collection from 2019-2020 and at Mengali Accountancy from 2019 to early 2020. In 2020, they took on the role of Staff Accountant at TerrAscend, State Flower Cannabis, and The Apothecarium.

Lauren Percilla obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2004. Lauren also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Carolina University in 2009-2010. Prior to their BBA, they attended Oglethorpe University from 1998 to 2000, however, the specific degree obtained during that time is unknown. Lauren has additional certifications including Certified Cicerone® from the Cicerone Certification Program, obtained in August 2014, and Certified Beer Server, obtained in May 2013.
