Michael Kind

Michael Kind has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael is currently working as a Construction Project Manager at TerrAscend since March 2022. Prior to this, they were self-employed as a Construction Management Consultant in the cannabis industry starting from January 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Jushi Holdings Inc. and Beyond/Hello as a National Construction Manager. Michael also held the position of Construction Manager/Business Manager at Franklin BioScience & Beyond/Hello from September 2018 to June 2019.

In 2018, they worked as a Processing and Fulfillment Technician at EVOLAB - cannabis evolved.

Before entering the cannabis industry, Michael had experience in real estate. From February 2015 to September 2018, they were the Lead Agent and President of AtHomePhilly Real Estate at Keller Williams. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Associate and REALTOR at Coldwell Banker Preferred from January 2010 to January 2015.

Their earlier work experience includes roles as an API 653 Tank Maintenance Coordinator/Project Manager at Valero Energy Corporation from June 2006 to November 2009, a Field Resources Manager at Jacobs Engineering from January 2007 to September 2007, and a Field Engineer/Document Control Manager at Nooter Construction from July 2006 to December 2006.

Michael Kind attended Monmouth University from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Biology. Michael then went on to attend Drexel University from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Commerce and Engineering with a focus on Operational Management. Additionally, in March 2012, Michael obtained a certification in NAR Green from the National Association of REALTORS®.
