Shelby Stear

Shelby Stear FPC is a seasoned professional with comprehensive experience in payroll and human resource information systems (HRIS) management. Currently serving as Manager of Payroll and HRIS at TerrAscend since September 2022, Shelby leads the implementation of HRIS across multiple business units in the US and Canada. Previous roles include Solutions Expert at Würk, Purchasing Manager at Rivrhub, and Paycom Specialist at Paycom. Additionally, Shelby has a background in gymnastics program management as the School Age Gymnastics Director at Jump Start Gymnastics, overseeing training, staffing, and program planning. Shelby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Bradley University and an Associate’s Degree in General Education from Illinois Central College.
