Mike McGinty

Mike McGinty is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Business Development at TerraSense Analytics Ltd since April 2020, Mike specializes in business development and technical advice in the Defence and Security space. A Colonel in the Canadian Army Primary Reserve, Mike acts as a Regional Liaison Officer while also contributing to training as an Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia. Previously, Mike held significant roles in leadership development and management, including as Chief Administrative Officer at Zenabis Global Inc. and Founder of Quansem Consulting. Mike's educational background includes a Master's degree in Defence Studies from King's College London and a Master's in Corporate Management from Cranfield University, among other qualifications.
