Kc Rose

KC Rose has a diverse work experience in HR roles. From 2023 to the present, they have been serving as Vice President HR at Terrasmart, leading a team to enhance employee engagement and retention. From 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Sr Director HR at the same company with similar responsibilities. Prior to this, KC was an Associate Director HR at Alkermes from 2018 to 2022, where they partnered with various operational teams and drove continuous improvement initiatives. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at L3 Technologies, supporting multiple areas including performance management and talent development. KC also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for Gannett from 2014 to 2015, providing leadership and HR support to a newspaper organization. KC's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior HR Manager and HR Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they successfully managed organizational transformations and provided strategic support to various business units. They began their career as a Talent Management Coordinator at Synovate, where they managed learning and development programs.

KC Rose obtained a BA in Psychology from Ohio University in 2000 and an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School in 2007. In 2023-2024, KC completed the Certified Professional Coach program at iPEC Coaching, specializing in Executive Coaching. They also hold additional certifications including Executive and Life Coach from iPEC Coaching and an Insights Discovery Profile from Insights Discovery UK. Additionally, KC has certifications in DDI facilitation training from DDI | Development Dimensions International and a Sr Sensei Black Belt from Avanulo.
