Bill Fryer

William Fryer is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and supply chain management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies since March 2010, William has been instrumental in managing the customer service department and supporting inventory management and financial transactions. Previously, William held a similar position at Daltile and Stone, where staff training and process improvement initiatives were key focus areas. Earlier career roles included Supply Chain Manager at Coleman Floor Co, where William successfully centralized purchasing operations and implemented cost-saving programs. William's career began as a Purchasing Agent, culminating in a progressive understanding of various operational facets within the flooring industry. A graduate of Wheaton Academy, William holds a high school diploma.
