Balraj Devarassou serves as the HR Development Director at Timac Agro International, a subsidiary of the Groupe Roullier, since July 2012. Under Balraj Devarassou's leadership, Timac Agro has established itself as a global leader in innovative agronomic and zootechnical solutions, employing 5,800 individuals across 42 countries. Previously, Balraj Devarassou held roles including Business Development Director, where responsibilities included developing the "International Business Leadership Program" aimed at enhancing the group's human capital.
