Justin Butterfield

Justin Butterfield, MPA, currently serves as the Global Head of Revenue Operations at Terryberry, overseeing onboarding operations, solution consultants, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy. Prior roles include Global Head of Solution Consulting and Implementation, where responsibilities expanded due to the successful development of a solution consulting team, and Manager of Solution Consulting, where the team doubled in size within a year. Justin has also held positions at Qualtrics as Principal Solution Engineer, at Conn's HomePlus as Director of Customer Experience, and at Medallia as CX Consultant, leading various strategic initiatives and transformations. Previous experience includes roles at MC Power Companies, Inc., Black & Veatch, SMG, UMB Bank, and Lyon Workspace Products, showcasing a diverse background in project management, customer experience enhancement, and revenue operations. Justin holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Kansas.
