Ben Elder

Ben Elder has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ben most recently worked at TerryWhite Chemmart as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Group Financial Controller from December 2019 to June 2021. Before joining TerryWhite Chemmart, they worked at Triumph International, where they held several positions including Finance Director (Australia & New Zealand), Interim CFO - Triumph Japan, Finance Director (Interim) in China, Head of Commercial Finance, and Financial Controller. Earlier in their career, Ben worked at The Linde Group as the Commercial Manager - Healthcare & Tonnage and Business Manager. Ben also had a role at Connell Bros Company Australasia as a Financial Accountant and at BOC as a Business Analyst. Overall, Ben has extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, business partnering, and commercial management.

Ben Elder obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland, attending from 2002 to 2008. Subsequently, they completed the CPA Australia Program from 2009 to 2012, earning a CPA designation.
