Kirsty Cochrane has extensive experience in human resources, having held multiple roles at Terumo Aortic and Vascutek Ltd since August 2010. As an HR Systems & Process Specialist, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Advisor at Terumo Aortic, Kirsty has developed expertise in various HR functions including recruitment, interviewing, disciplinary procedures, grievances, dismissals, redundancies, training, and performance management.
