Matt Raney

Matt Raney is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and manufacturing within the medical technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since September 2013, Matt has successfully led efforts to convert phthalates in disposable products, impacting 40% of company sales. Matt has held various roles, including Product Development Manager and Sustaining Engineering Lead, where responsibilities involved team leadership, technical guidance, and oversight of critical quality assurance processes. Prior to Terumo, Matt contributed to Auxogyn, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, enhancing manufacturing processes for cell analysis equipment, and worked at Morton Bowen and Stodola Engineering in manufacturing and consulting roles, respectively.
